STI Testing

Change Point offers Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis testing by appointment only at this time. Please call 775-997-7519 to set up an appointment for testing or reach out to a Change Point team member. Appointments are covered by medical insurance (including Medicaid) or charged according to HOPES’ Sliding Fee Scale.

PrEP and PEP

At Change Point, you can get information about Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), a daily pill that can reduce your risk of HIV infection. Change Point is scheduling new PrEP appointments now! Call 775-997-7519 to schedule an appointment.
You can also learn about Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), which can prevent HIV infection if taken within 72 hours of a possible exposure event. Please call or see a team member for more information.
